Does fat freezing work?

Yes, when the area is right. I was sceptical myself before I started. What convinced me was measurable change on real clients, photographed in the same light at every stage. It will not work on every body or every pocket, which is exactly why the assessment is free.

The treated fat cells are gone

Controlled cooling crystallises fat cells in the pocket under the applicator. Your body clears those cells over the following weeks. Once they have left, they do not come back. That is the permanence claim, and it is scoped to the treated cells, not to your whole body.

It is not a weight-loss treatment

The scale may barely move. What changes is the shape of a stubborn pocket that diet and exercise have not shifted: a lower stomach, love handles, an inner thigh. If you need to lose a stone, this is the wrong tool, and I will say so.

Placement decides the result

The questions behind the question

How do I know if it will work on me?
Send a photograph of the area. After 15 years of looking at these bodies I can usually tell from a picture whether the pocket will respond. If it will not, the assessment still costs you nothing, and you have an honest answer rather than a booking.
How long until I see a change?
Most clients notice a difference from around four weeks. The fuller result develops over about twelve weeks, which is why the formal review is then. That is also the point at which we decide whether a second step would add anything.
Does the fat come back?
The treated fat cells are permanently gone. You can still gain weight elsewhere, and remaining cells in an untreated area can still enlarge. That is why I treat the whole midsection in the 6 Pack Fat Freeze® rather than a single patch beside an untreated one.
