The Fat Freezing Specialist

Signature treatmentThe UK's original

The 6 Pack Fat Freeze®

My own protocol, and the only clinic in the UK offering it. Unlike clinics that freeze a small patch, the entire midsection is treated in one go, so the result is balanced from every angle.

Why other results disappoint

We have seen the photos. The treatment is not the problem. The execution is. These are the six reasons results fall short, and how the 6 Pack protocol avoids each one.

01

Poor applicator placement

Where the applicator sits determines the result. Ours are mapped across the whole midsection, not placed by feel.

02

Only a small section covered

Freezing one patch leaves the rest of the midsection unchanged, so the result can look unbalanced.

03

Inexperienced technicians

Fat freezing is a skill. Ours comes from over a decade of treating, plus training clinics across the UK.

04

Unrealistic expectations set

We tell you honestly what your area can achieve, not what sounds good in a sale.

05

No before or aftercare information

You get clear guidance before and after, and we photograph your progress at every stage.

06

Inferior technology

We use medically approved cryolipolysis technology and keep it current.

Full coverage

100%

of the midsection, zone by zone

Completely exclusive

Not copied. Not replicated.

Created exclusively by the Fat Freezing Specialist. Unlike most clinics that freeze small areas, we treat the entire midsection for balance and proportion, creating visible overall results, not just changes in one spot.

  • You have a stubborn midsection that diet and exercise have not shifted.
  • You have lost weight and want to firm up what is left.
  • You want a defined, natural result rather than an extreme one.
  • You want one treatment, led by the specialist, with real follow-up.

How it works

Six applicators, one session

Most clinics treat a single applicator-sized patch. The 6 Pack Fat Freeze® covers the whole midsection in one go, and these are the numbers behind it.

Six applicators

The whole midsection at once

Six cryolipolysis applicators are placed across the entire midsection in a single session, rather than one patch being treated and the rest left untouched.

-7°C to -8°C

Cold enough to be permanent

The applicators bring the fat layer down to around -7°C or -8°C. That is cold enough to destroy the fat cells permanently, without harming the skin or the tissue around them.

8-12 weeks

Cleared by your own body

Your lymphatic system digests and clears the destroyed cells over the following weeks and months. Visible improvement builds gradually and is typically clear by 8 to 12 weeks.

How long it takes
A new client's Advanced session is booked as two and a half hours, which includes the consultation. Standard is an hour and a quarter. You will know which you need before you book.
What it feels like
A mild vacuum suction, then intense cold for the first few minutes, which fades as the area goes numb. Most clients read, listen to music, or fall asleep.
Downtime
None required. It is non-surgical, there is no anaesthetic and no incision, and you can go back to your day straight afterwards.
When you will see it
Gradually, over 8 to 12 weeks. That is why the formal review is at twelve weeks rather than at two.

One treatment, run like a project

This is a methodology, not a machine with a timer. Here is the order of operations from first photo to 12-week review.

  1. 1

    The midsection is mapped

Your area is assessed and divided into zones, so coverage is planned before the applicator ever touches your skin.

  2. 2

    Full coverage, zone by zone

Each zone is treated in sequence. The whole midsection, not a single patch, is the unit of treatment.

  3. 3

    Your body does the rest

Over the following weeks your body naturally clears the treated cells. We track the change with photos.

  4. 4

    12-week follow-up

You return for a review. If your area needs a second step, we plan it honestly at that point.

Unbeaten, and honest about why

Our 1-hour and 2-hour sessions are bespoke, comprehensive treatments, and they are not available for price matching. The price reflects the treatment itself, the expertise, and everything included in your transformation journey.

To recommend the best option, we just need to see the area you would like to target, because everybody stores fat differently. Most clients send a single photo and receive an honest recommendation with a fixed price within one working day.

Asked before every booking

Straight answers, including the ones other clinics dodge.

How is this different from regular fat freezing?
Regular fat freezing usually treats one or two small applicator areas. The 6 Pack protocol places six applicators across the entire midsection in a single session, so the whole area changes in proportion. That is what makes the result look natural rather than patchy, and it is a registered protocol exclusive to this clinic.
How long does the treatment take?
A new client's Advanced session is booked as two and a half hours, which includes the consultation. The Standard session is an hour and a quarter. You will know which one you need, and the exact price, before you book anything.
How cold does it actually get?
The applicators bring the fat layer down to around -7°C to -8°C. That is cold enough to destroy the fat cells permanently while leaving the skin and the surrounding tissue unharmed. You will feel a mild vacuum suction and then intense cold for the first few minutes, which fades as the area goes numb.
How many sessions will I need?
Many clients achieve their result in one session, because the protocol covers the whole area at once. If your area needs more, you can simply return after 12 weeks for a further assessment and treatment.
When will I see results?
Your body clears the treated cells over the following weeks, and the area continues to settle until your 12-week follow-up. We photograph your progress so the change is visible, not just felt.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe a firm pull and intense cold at the start, then numbness as the area freezes. It is pain-free for most people, and there is no downtime afterwards.
Am I suitable?
Send a photo of your midsection and we will tell you honestly. If the protocol is not the right tool for your area, we will say so and explain what would be.
